By downloading, installing, or using THE 1% application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
THE 1% is a paid application. Upon purchase and completing the onboarding process, you become a verified member. Your membership grants you access to all App features including The Symbol, VIP Lounge, and The Registry.

You retain ownership of content you post in the App. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate your content within the App. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
We provide tools for users to report inappropriate content and block other users. We review reported content and may take action including content removal and account suspension. We are not responsible for user-generated content but make reasonable efforts to moderate the community.
The App, including its design, branding, features, and original content, is owned by THE 1% and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
THE 1% is available as a paid download through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All purchases are processed by the respective store platform. Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
