• Chat Messages: Messages you send in the VIP Lounge are stored in our database (Google Firestore) and are visible to all members.
• Images: If you share images in the VIP Lounge, they are stored on our servers.
• Push Notification Tokens: If you grant notification permissions, we store your device's push notification token to send you alerts about new chat activity.
• Device Information: We may collect basic device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's features (chat, leaderboard, membership registry)
• To send push notifications about new chat messages
• To display your membership status and rank in The Registry
• To enforce our community guidelines and moderate content
• To improve and optimize the App experience

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication and data storage
• Expo (Push Notifications): To deliver notifications to your device
• Law Enforcement: If required by law or to protect rights and safety

5. Data Retention

Your account data, chat messages, and shared images are retained as long as you maintain your membership. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

6. User Content

Messages and images you share in the VIP Lounge are visible to all members. You can report inappropriate content using the in-app reporting feature. We moderate content to maintain community standards and comply with applicable laws.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 17. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 17, we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of push notifications through your device settings
• Block other users whose content you do not wish to see
