In the VIP Lounge, long-press any message to access the report option. Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly.
How do I block another user?
Long-press any message from the user you wish to block and select "Block User". Their messages will no longer be visible to you.
Can I change my display name?
Display names are set during onboarding and cannot be changed at this time. Contact support if you need assistance.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where you made your purchase. Please contact their support directly for refund requests.
How do I delete my account?
Visit our Account Deletion page to submit a deletion request. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Firebase by Google for authentication and data storage, which employs industry-standard encryption and security practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
