End User License Agreement

Effective Date: March 12, 2026

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and THE 1% ("Licensor") for the use of THE 1% mobile application ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a single mobile device that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. License Restrictions

You shall not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the App on more devices than your purchase permits

4. Ownership

The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to the Licensor and title and all intellectual property rights therein remain with the Licensor. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved to the Licensor.

5. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to submit content including text messages and images ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content. The Licensor reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove User Content that violates the Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services including:

• Firebase by Google (authentication and data storage)
• Expo Push Notifications (message alerts)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

• This EULA is between you and the Licensor, not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable); Apple has no other warranty obligation
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you

11. Changes

The Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
